The video is really choppy - what do I do? That has to do with your bandwidth, which, unfortunately we can't help you with. Suggestions include using a high speed connection and avoid using a wireless connection if possible.
How do I get a DVD of the concert. As of right now we do not have plans to produce DVD's but we'll keep you posted.
